Widowed, divorced and separated adults
started the Beginning Experience ministry in Birmingham in 1977 was led by Father Paul Rohling. This
was one of the first teams in the Southeast. For the first 12 years the focus was on 2-3 weekends a year.
In 1989 the weekly ministry was introduced, which developed into four ten week sessions per year.
